Orders with in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 3–5 business days (excluding holidays). Estimated back-order dates do not reflect shipping and processing time; please allow an additional 2–4 weeks for your item to ship. If an item says “Join the Waitlist”, we will send you an email when it’s in stock and ready for you to purchase. For all types of orders, you will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is shipped.
All payments are processed and collected at the time of order placement, regardless of lead time or back-order dates.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We recommend keeping it on hand for easy reference. Should you have any questions about your order in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to assist with anything you need.
If an item is currently backordered, simply add your email using the “Join the Waitlist” button on the product page. We’ll reach out as soon as it’s back in stock and ready to ship. Most items are restocked within 2–4 weeks, though timing may vary.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that not all items are eligible for return. Vintage and final sale items are non-returnable. Return terms & conditions are specified and must be agreed to when adding your item to the cart. We offer a 24-hour grace period for order cancellations, provided your order has not shipped. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at shoppe@kasavidashoppe.com
Orders can be modified within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact shoppe@kasavidashoppe.com to modify an order. If the 24-hour period has passed, but we have not yet shipped your order, please place an additional order and we will do our best to combine both shipments.
