Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been sent.
Please note: During busier periods or launches, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
We offer flat rate shipping of $25 CAD for all standard orders shipping within Canada. Orders are sent via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx depending on the best available option.
Oversized or overweight items (like cutting boards, trays, or bundles) may require additional shipping fees. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know at checkout or reach out with details.
We currently ship across the United States at a flat rate of $30 CAD. All U.S. orders are shipped with trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
As with Canadian orders, larger or heavier items may incur additional shipping fees.
Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery after shipment.
U.S. customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees at the time of delivery.

Once a parcel leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier — but if your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out. We’ll do everything we can to help resolve the issue with compassion and care.
